Glenroy Neighbourhood Learning Centre provides courses with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. Concession rates are also available.

Tuition fees are based on regulatory requirements for Government funded training in Victoria as determined by the Skills First Program under Department of Education and Training, Victoria.
